Adaylin Alvarez is a skilled storyteller, designer, and strategist with a strong background in marketing, content creation, and political communications. With experience in graphic design, copywriting, and program management, she brings both creativity and precision to every project she takes on.
Before joining VoteShift, Adaylin worked at BerlinRosen, where she helped re-elect Congressman Pat Ryan and New York State Senator Michelle Hinchey, and supported campaigns for leaders like Maxwell Frost, Justin Jones, and Ruwa Romman.
A proud Mexican American woman from Texas, Adaylin’s passion for politics is rooted in her lived experience growing up in a red state and witnessing firsthand how extremist policies threaten our freedoms. Her work is driven by a belief that every child deserves the chance to grow up in a more just, compassionate, and hopeful future and she’s committed to using her skills to help make that a reality.
